CC2i Consultancy
WHAT IS OUR CONSULTANCY?
CC2i has been bringing digital collaborations together across Adult Social Care for nearly ten years. During that time, we have spoken with hundreds of ASC teams about their front doors, service priorities, system challenges, IT, transformation, workforce development, service user requirements, internal processes, increasing demand, safeguarding, new legislation and policies, working practices, risks and more.
As part of our work, we have engaged with the technology sector around a wide range of solutions, innovative approaches, ongoing product development, emerging technologies, funding opportunities, sustainability and scaling. CC2i has run several accelerator programmes and is engaged with the majority of local government, ASC and technology sector bodies.
This regular, ongoing involvement across the sector gives us a clear understanding of how local government, technology and specifically the demands faced by adult social care intersect – putting us in a unique position to undertake digital and technology focused ASC consultancy work.
Using a range of research techniques, we have undertaken commissions to look specifically at the impact emerging technologies might have on local government, all the way to surveying the entire adult social care innovation sector to provide a comprehensive view of the opportunities technology offers.
Critical to all our work – whether our collaborations, insight reports, or consultancy commissions – is the underlying detailed business case required to enable decision makers to make informed choices in the face of tight budgets, increasing demand, and a breadth of technical approaches.
If you would like to discuss our insight reports or consultancy work, please get in touch.
CONSULTANCY CARRIED OUT BY CC2i - INNOVATION IN SOCIAL CARE DEEP DIVE
“In support of its work to develop radical new models for delivering adult social care, LOTI was pleased to work with CC2i in 2022. The outputs of this work consisted of a database of social care innovators and a report outlining how the emerging innovative solutions are supporting the social care sector. The project exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, time and method of delivery. We were particularly impressed by the collaborative nature of the approach taken to design and deliver the survey and resulting analysis as well as the ability of a very small team to deliver this fast-paced work over a holiday period.”Â
