Release the Value of Digital Transformation via Change Management

New collaboration opportunity from CC2i in partnership with The Caja Group

Leading business transformation consultancy, The Caja Group, has this week launched a unique change management training and mentoring opportunity focused on local authorities.

The programme has been designed against the backdrop of funding cuts allied to a growing demand for public sector services and a need for local authorities to look at new and innovative ways to deliver outcomes.

Caja's change management experts have developed a new training and mentoring approach to embed the importance and value of change management within local authorities.

The course is designed to give leaders, management and operational staff the knowledge and understanding, they need to participate and deliver successful programmes.

To drive the practice of professional change management across public sector, Caja has teamed up with the new public sector co-funding and collaboration platform CC2i to bring together a vanguard of councils to take this forward, share the cost and share the learning.

Participating local authorities will be encouraged to bring a real-life change management project/concept from their own authority, as the programme will support its development as part of the wider curriculum.

Jason Burg, Director at Caja says:

"Organisations are used to discussing the idea of 'change' as part of digital transformation programmes, but in practice change is often difficult and costly, overlooked and/or underfunded. Industry research shows that 70% of change initiatives in large organisations fail to deliver expected outcomes, and in the current climate this is unsustainable."
